Units in Progress

In September 2004, we started fabrication of two large units.  A Cat 3306na was the first unit.  It is shown to the left with only the R & R cooler and the engine on the skid.

The major components are aligned on the skid by GPGC workers.

The finished 3306na is enclosed in a building built directly onto the skid.  This allows for easy transportation of the units, as well as easier maintenance and startups during the winter months.

The second unit, a Cat 3406ta, uses a skid that measures 10 feet wide by 25 feet long.

200 HP Electric has a LeROI 175mm rotary screw, this unit is built for an H2S environment.

The 3406ta has a LeRoi 245mm rotary screw with two large separators.  This unit is ready to paint and pressure test.
